MoveMe Bins – Rental Agreement & Terms of Service

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between MoveMe Bins (“Company”) and the customer (“Customer”) renting reusable moving totes, dollies, and related equipment (“Equipment”).

By placing an order, signing below, or completing checkout, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:


1. Age & Presence Requirement

Customer certifies that they are at least 18 years of age.
Customer further agrees that they or another responsible individual age 18 or older will be present at the delivery and pickup location at the scheduled drop-off and pickup times, unless prior arrangements have been approved by Company.

Failure to meet this requirement may result in failed delivery or pickup and additional fees.


2. Rental Use & Responsibility

Customer agrees to use the Equipment only for its intended purpose and to exercise reasonable care during the rental period.

Customer assumes full responsibility for the Equipment from the time of delivery until pickup by Company.


3. Damage, Loss, and Excessive Wear

Customer agrees that:

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged.

Any damage, loss, theft, misuse, or destruction of Equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the Customer.

Charges may include repair costs or full replacement value, at Company’s discretion.

Examples of chargeable damage include, but are not limited to:

Cracks, punctures, or broken lids

Burn marks, paint, adhesives, or permanent staining

Bent, broken, or missing dollies

Equipment left unsecured and exposed to theft or severe weather


4. Cleaning & Prohibited Substances

Customer agrees not to place the following directly into the totes:

Wet or leaking items

Chemicals, paints, fuels, oils, or hazardous materials

Trash, food waste, or biohazard materials

Equipment returned excessively dirty or contaminated may result in cleaning or replacement fees.


5. Access, Placement & Stairs Fee

Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access for delivery and pickup.

If Equipment must be carried up or down one (1) or more flights of stairs, or if stairs are required to reach the Customer’s door, unit, or designated placement area instead of ground-level access, a Stairs Fee will apply.

Stairs fees apply per delivery and per pickup, unless otherwise stated.

Customer is responsible for disclosing stairs or difficult access in advance.

Failure to disclose stairs or access limitations may result in additional on-site charges or rescheduling.

Equipment must not block public walkways, emergency access, or violate local ordinances.


6. Rental Period & Late Fees

The rental period begins at delivery and ends at scheduled pickup.

Equipment not available for pickup at the agreed time may incur daily late fees until the Equipment is successfully recovered.


7. No-Show, Failed Delivery & Failed Pickup

A No-Show occurs when Company is unable to complete delivery or pickup due to Customer not being present, lack of access, locked locations, incorrect address information, or other preventable issues.

Failed Delivery:
If delivery cannot be completed, Customer will be responsible for the delivery attempt fee and must reschedule delivery. Additional fees may apply.

Failed Pickup:
If pickup cannot be completed, Customer will be required to reschedule pickup and may be charged:

A failed pickup fee

Additional rental days until pickup is completed

Equipment remains the responsibility of the Customer until successfully retrieved by Company.


8. Limitation of Liability

Company is not responsible for:

Damage to Customer’s personal property during loading or unloading

Injuries resulting from improper use of the Equipment

Delays caused by weather, access issues, or circumstances beyond Company’s control

Customer agrees to release and hold harmless MoveMe Bins from claims arising from use of the Equipment, except in cases of gross negligence by Company.


9. Payment Authorization

Customer authorizes Company to charge the payment method on file for:

Rental fees

Delivery, pickup, stairs, and no-show fees

Late fees

Repair, replacement, cleaning, or recovery costs


10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within Company’s stated timeframes. Late cancellations or changes may result in partial or full charges.


11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which the service is provided.

You Pack

Uniform sizes stack perfectly, saving time and space. The sturdy lids snap closed - no tape needed - and each bin includes label cards to keep things organized.

You Move

Bins protect your stuff from weather and rough handling. Movers love how easy they are to stack and load, helping you finish your move faster and with fewer trips.

We Pick Up

Once you’re settled, we swing by to collect everything. No box breakdown, no trash piles, and no landfill guilt - just a clean, easy finish to your move.

How many bins do I need for all my stuff?

Use our quick guide: Studio 15 bins, 1BR 25 bins, 2BR 35 bins, 3BR 50 bins, 4BR 75 bins, 5BR 100 bins. If you think you will need more bins, we have affordable add on packages to help make sure everything fits!

Are the bins sanitized?

Yes, they are washed and disinfected after every pick up.

What if I miss a pick up or need more time?

No problem! Just let us know or extend by the week from your confirmation link. A $15 rescheduling fee may apply.

What if a bin is damaged or lost?

Replacement fee is $25 per bin. Normal wear is on us!
